I'm Aadil Ghani

During our time together, Aadil Ghani displayed great talents in React, CSS, Javascript and Typescript. When we first met, I was immediately impressed with Aadil Ghani, but during the time we worked together, his understanding of Frontend Development for end-customers grew far more than that of his peers. I remember Aadil working long overtime on our patient account in order to provide a seamless user experience and also digging into infrastructure topics which was a new area. He managed to tackle all challenges with flying colors, and we launched a great feature.

Aadil joined the UX Engineering team. That team's mission was to build innovative and friction-less web3 experiences to bring football fans closer to the game they love. In his role, Aadil worked in a fast-paced and agile setup in a cross-functional manner with Product and UX Design. Throughout his tenure, Aadil demonstrated the following qualities: thirst for learning, great verbal communication, depth of self-reflection, ability to take ownership of team processes and compatibility with intense teamwork. The fortnightly 1:1s I had with him allowed me to identify that Aadil had a grounded personal development plan that is aligned with his competencies.

Aadil is a hard working and motivated engineer who is a pleasure to work with. From a design perspective, he always delivers what is required and is approachable whenever we need help from him. He does not shy away from asking tough questions and motivates everyone to deliver better. He has excellent soft skills, communicates effectively and is really great at representing the teams work in presentations. He is a great asset to the team.

It was a pleasure working with Aadil and I can only say good things about him: he is a very knowledgeable, focused, and approachable developer. His implementations of my designs were always flawless and precise, paying extreme attention to detail. Aadil's positive energy and easy-going personality contribute to a great work environment.
